Shipping policy

The time frame for order delivery is as below:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.

All orders are sent to the supplier warehouse or our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.

The warehouse and courier will then process the orders to be shipped.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination.  Days do not include the weekends or bank holidays.         

Currently items coming from our international delivery usually takes about 12 – 24 days via the e-packet international shipping method.

Items coming from our UK warehouse usually takes between 4-8 days if customer delivery address is in the UK. 

Items coming from our European supplier warehouse usually takes 7 - 15 days if customer delivery address is in the UK.
